Certificate of Enrollment means a certificate electronically furnished by the department to a licensed enterprise providing online instruction and issued by the enterprise to students under the age of eighteen who have successfully enrolled and completed at least two hours of online instruction as required by division (A)(2)(d) of section 4508.02 of the Revised Code.
