Certificate of Insurance means a document showing that an insurance policy has been written and includes a statement of the coverage of the policy.
Certificate of Coverage means a written certification provided by any source that offers medical care coverage, including the Plan, for the purpose of confirming the duration and type of an individual’s previous coverage.
Certificate Insurance Policy The Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy No. CA01172A, and all endorsements thereto dated the Closing Date, issued by the Certificate Insurer for the benefit of the Class AF-3 Certificateholders.
certificate of fitness means a certificate issued by the Department to a contract bus carrier.
Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.
Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.
Certificate of Limited Partnership means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 7.2, as such Certificate of Limited Partnership may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Certificate of origin means the document provided by the manufacturer of a new motor vehicle, or
Certificate of approval means a certificate of approval obtained from the
Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.
Specified Insurance Company means any Entity that is an insurance company (or the holding company of an insurance company) that issues, or is obligated to make payments with respect to, a Cash Value Insurance Contract or an Annuity Contract.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions. Medical certificate of fitness means a certificate valid for one year issued by an occupational health practitioner, issued in terms of these regulations, whom shall be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;
Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment of the Company, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A.
Certificate of Appropriateness means the written approval of a permit application for work that is appropriate and that does not adversely affect a resource.
Certificate of Conformance means a document issued by the NCWM based on testing by a participating laboratory that constitutes evidence of conformance of a type.
FHA Mortgage Insurance means, mortgage insurance authorized under the National Housing Act, as amended from time to time, and provided by the FHA.
Blanket insurance policy means a group policy covering a defined class of

Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy Any primary mortgage guaranty insurance policy issued in connection with a Mortgage Loan which provides compensation to a Mortgage Note holder in the event of default by the obligor under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, if any or any replacement policy therefor through the related Interest Accrual Period for such Class relating to a Distribution Date.
Certificate of inspection means an unsworn statement,
Mortgage Insurance means insurance protecting Lender against the nonpayment of, or default on, the Loan.
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
Certificate of eligibility means a document issued by the bureau stating that the criminal record and all records of arrest, investigation, and detention associated with a case that is the subject of a petition for expungement is eligible for expungement.
Certificate of Beneficial Ownership means, for each Borrower, a certificate in form and substance acceptable to Agent (as amended or modified by Agent from time to time in its sole discretion), certifying, among other things, the Beneficial Owner of such Borrower.
