Certificate Services means the specific services that You have purchased (on behalf of Yourself and, if applicable, Your Affiliates) relating to the issuance and revocation of one or more Certificate(s) to You or Your Affiliates under any brand that Entrust may use from time to time. Certificate Services may also include Management Services and Malware Scanning Services. Certificate Services also includes any Certificate(s) issued to You (and, if applicable, Your Affiliates) by any member of the Entrust Group and licensed for use under this Agreement. Entrust reserves the right to modify the Certificate Services in its discretion during the Subscription Term.

Certificate Services means the services offered by Entrust relating to the issuance, management and revocation of one or more Certificate(s), including Foreign Certificate Management Right(s), and includes any Certificate(s) issued to or for Customer pursuant to the Agreement.

Examples of Certificate Services in a sentence

• If one or more enabling mechanisms (“License String”) that provides Enterprise with access to the Certificate Services is supplied to Enterprise, Enterprise may only use such Licensing String for the purpose of using the Certificate Services and Enterprise may not copy or alter a Licensing String.

• You will pay all applicable Subscription Fees for any Certificate Services issued to You, plus any additional taxes.

• Such payment will be made within thirty (30) days of the receipt of an invoice from Entrust for any such Certificate Services; provided, however that if You have purchased the Certificate Services through a Reseller then the payment terms will be those terms established between You and such Reseller.

• Entrust will use commercially reasonable efforts to send an email to the technical contact listed in the information provided to Entrust with Your Certificate Services Application (such person referred to as “Notice Recipient”).

• If Entrust makes computer software available to Enterprise for download as part of the Certificate Services, such software will be licensed to Enterprise under the terms of the license agreement embedded in or associated with such software.

Certificate Services is described in Clause 3.1;

Certificate Services. All services provided by or on behalf of Google in connection with this Agreement or the issuance of any Certificate, including providing access to and use of the Repository, OCSP, Certificate information, and other features of the Google PKI. Compromise: A Private Key is said to be compromised if its value has been disclosed to an unauthorized person, an unauthorized person has had access to it, or there exists a practical technique by which an unauthorized person may discover its value. A Private Key is also considered compromised if methods have been developed that can easily calculate it based on the Public Key or if there is clear evidence that the specific method used to generate the Private Key was flawed.

Certificate Services means all services provided by ATS or its third party designee in connection with this Agreement or the issuance of any Certificate including, without limitation, use of ATS’s OCSP services, accessing or using an ATS CRL or Repository or relying on any ATS Certificate Information.
