Malware Scanning Services definition

Malware Scanning Services means optional daily malware scanning services that are made available with a Certificateand hosted by a third party supplier on behalf of Entrust. Each Entrust SSL Web Server Certificate includes the option to perform limited daily malware scanning for up to 250 pages and blacklist monitoring, for one domain. EV SSL Certificates includes the option to perform limited daily malware scanning for up to 500 pages, blacklist monitoring, and such other ancillary scans for one domain that are documented as part of the services. For greater certainty, Private SSL Certificates do not include Malware Scanning Services. Such Malware Scanning Services are subject to You supplying the information necessary to such third party supplier to perform such services and will be available until the earlier of: (i) the end of the Subscription Term;

Entrust reserves the right to alter the features and functionality of the Malware Scanning Services or discontinue such services throughout the Subscription Term and makes no warranty that any malware, security threats or vulnerabilities will be detected or is detectable by such services.

EV SSL Certificates include the option to perform limited daily malware scanning for up to 500 pages, blacklist monitoring, and such other ancillary scans for one domain that are documented as part of the services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, private SSL Certificates do not include Malware Scanning Services. Such Malware Scanning Services are subject to Customer supplying the information necessary to such third party supplier to perform such services and will be available until the earlier of: (i) the end of the Subscription Term; (ii) revocation of the applicable Certificate corresponding to the domain being scanned; and (iii) Malware Scanning Service discontinuation by Entrust. Entrust reserves the right to alter the features and functionality of the Malware Scanning Services or discontinue such services throughout the Subscription Term and makes no warranty that any malware, security threats or vulnerabilities will be detected or is detectable by such services.

Related to Malware Scanning Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
