Certification Xxxx refers to a protected xxxx, applied or issued under the rules of Product Certification Scheme, indicating that adequate confidence is provided that the relevant product is in conformity with the Product Certification Requirements, Specified Standard, procedures and relevant regulatory provisions.

Certification Xxxx means the marks identified on Exhibit A hereto and each variation thereof for which the WiMAX Forum written authorization for use by its Certification Xxxx licensees.

Unless otherwise specified in a specific provision in Section 10, upon termination Licensee may not distribute any remaining inventory bearing the Licensed Certification Xxxx.
OCP agrees to grant, and Licensee agrees to accept, a license to use an applicable Certification Xxxx, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
