Certified Domestic Violence Specialist means a person who has fulfilled the requirements of certification as a Domestic Violence Specialist established by the New Jersey Association of Domestic Violence Professionals.
Dietitian or “licensed dietitian” means a person who maintains a license granted by the Iowa board of dietetic examiners.
Certified nurse practitioner means an individual who is licensed as a registered professional nurse under part 172 who has been granted a specialty certification as a nurse practitioner by the Michigan board of nursing under section 17210.
Certified seed means foundation and registered seed handled under procedures acceptable to the Department of Agriculture and Forestry to maintain satisfactory genetic purity and identity as defined according to the standards of the official seed certification agency having jurisdiction in the area of production.
Fat wood means pieces of wood kindling with high naturally-occurring levels of sap or resin which enhance ignition of the kindling. “Fat wood” does not include any kindling with substances added to enhance flammability, such as wax-covered or wax-impregnated wood-based products.
Certified system means any X-ray system which has one or more certified component(s).

Registered dietitian means an individual approved to work as a dietitian by the American Dietetic Association’s Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Certified applicator means any individual who is certified under this chapter as authorized to use any pesticide.
Midwife means a midwife in good standing with the College of Midwives of Ontario;
