Certified treatment service definition

Certified treatment service means a discrete pro- gram of chemical dependency treatment offered by a service provider who has a certificate of approval from the depart- ment of social and health services, as evidence the provider meets the standards of chapter 388-805 WAC.

These services are provided beyond the normal school year of the local educational agency, in accordance with the individualized education program (IEP), and at no cost to the parents of the child.

  • Conventional filtration treatment means a series of processes including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration resulting in substantial particulate removal.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Continuing treatment means ongoing medical treatment or supervision by a health care provider.

  • Treatment program means an abstinence based program or facility that is accredited by any of the following:

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.
