Chairman of Audit Committee definition

Chairman of Audit Committee means Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Township Limited.
Chairman of Audit Committee means the Chairman of the Audit Committee, as appointed from time to time.
Chairman of Audit Committee means an Independent Director, who is currently holding the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee of the Company constituted under provisions of Listing agreement and Companies Act, 2013.

  • If the alleged Improper Practice is required by law to be dealt with under any other mechanism, the Chairman of Audit Committee shall refer the Protected Disclosure to the appropriate authority under such mandated mechanism and seek a report on the findings from such authority.
