Chairperson Fees definition

Chairperson Fees means fees paid by the Company to a Director, in cash, for serving as Chairperson of a Board Committee during the relevant Plan Year and which is exclusive of any Retainer or Meetings Fees earned during such Plan Year.

Related to Chairperson Fees

  • Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board;

  • Committee Chair means the Chair of a Committee;

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.
