Change Designation definition

Change Designation means a notice in the form set forth in Exhibit F exercising the right to substitute Airframes set forth in Section 2.04.

Examples of Change Designation in a sentence

  • Before the Election Date for each Plan Year, each Participant will be entitled to submit or modify an Enrollment and Change Designation which will change the amount of Supplemental Savings Contributions that will be made to this Plan for the Plan Year.

  • An Eligible Person may become a Participant for a calendar year by filing with the Plan Administrator an Enrollment and Change Designation on or before the Election Date for that calendar year.

  • Such a request must be made on the Participant's Enrollment and Change Designation and filed with the Plan Administrator by the Election Date for the Plan Year and, once made, may not be revoked except in accordance with the provisions of this Plan or the Treasury Regulations.

  • Each Participant whose Basic Contributions equal 3% of Compensation for each payroll period shall also be entitled to direct in the Enrollment and Change Designation that a contribution of 1%, 2% or 3% of Compensation be made as a Supplemental Contribution for each payroll period.

  • The contribution percentage of a Participant is the Matching Contributions allocated to the Participant for the Plan Year, divided by the Participant's compensation while a Participant, as defined in Section 415(c) of the Code, without giving effect to any reduction of compensation resulting from an Enrollment and Change Designation or any other salary reduction arrangement.

  • Such a request must be made on the Participant’s Enrollment and Change Designation and filed with the Plan Administrator by the Election Date for the Plan Year and, once made, may not be revoked except in accordance with the provisions of this Plan or the Treasury Regulations.

  • A Participant may make or change an investment direction by submitting an Enrollment and Change Designation at such times and by such method as determined by the Retirement Plan Committee or the person or entity designated by the Retirement Plan Committee to maintain Plan records.

  • A Participant may make or change an investment direction as of the first day of any month of the Plan Year (or such other date or dates as the Administrative Committee may from time to time establish), by an Enrollment and Change Designation, made or delivered to the Administrative Committee at least 10 days prior to such date (or such greater or lesser period prior to such date as the Administrative Committee may establish for purposes of administrative convenience).

  • A Participant's actual Pre-Tax Savings Contribution deferral percentage is the Participant's Pre-Tax Savings Contributions for the Plan Year, divided by the Participant's compensation while a Participant, as defined in Section 415(c) of the Code, without giving effect to any reduction of compensation resulting from an Enrollment and Change Designation or any other salary reduction arrangement.

  • The request must be made on the Participant's Enrollment and Change Designation and filed with the Plan Administrator by the Election Date for the Plan Year and, once made, may not be revoked except in accordance with the provisions of this Plan or the Treasury Regulations.

Related to Change Designation

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.

  • Share Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in ‎Section 3.2(b).

  • Series Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.03(a).

  • Series B Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation of the Powers, Preferences and Relative, Participating, Optional and Other Special Rights of 8% Series B Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock and Qualifications, Limitations and Restrictions Thereof.

  • Additional Secured Debt Designation means a notice in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

  • Series A Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation of the Powers, Preferences and Relative, Participating, Optional and Other Special Rights of 8% Series A Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock and Qualifications, Limitations and Restrictions Thereof.

  • Series B Certificate of Designations has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

  • Series A Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock adopted by the Board of Directors and duly filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on or before the Payment Date substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation to be filed prior to the Closing by the Company with the Secretary of State of Delaware, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Restated Certificate means the Company’s Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • Redesignation Date means, as to the Covered Debt in effect at any time, the earliest of (a) the date that is two years prior to the final maturity date of such Covered Debt, (b) if the Corporation elects to redeem, or the Corporation or a Subsidiary of the Corporation elects to repurchase, such Covered Debt either in whole or in part with the consequence that after giving effect to such redemption or repurchase the outstanding principal amount of such Covered Debt is less than $100,000,000, the applicable redemption or repurchase date and (c) if such Covered Debt is not Eligible Subordinated Debt of the Corporation, the date on which the Corporation issues long-term indebtedness for money borrowed that is Eligible Subordinated Debt.

  • Designation Amount has the meaning given to this term in Section 4.15.

  • Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, “the Company” or “the Joint Venturers” as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement;
