An Eligible Person may become a Participant for a calendar year by filing with the Plan Administrator an Enrollment and Change Designation on or before the Election Date for that calendar year.
Before the Election Date for each Plan Year, each Participant will be entitled to submit or modify an Enrollment and Change Designation which will change the amount of Supplemental Savings Contributions that will be made to this Plan for the Plan Year.
