Change in Compensation. If the Board decides to increase the Chief Compliance Officer’s compensation or provide a bonus to the Chief Compliance Officer, then the fees paid to NLCS by the Trust will increase proportionately for any amounts it deems due to the Chief Compliance Officer above the amounts due to NLCS under this Agreement.
Change in Compensation. Any material reduction by the Company, TTEC Parent or, in case of a Change in Control event by successor, of Employee’s total compensation package, including material adverse change in the annual salary, the incentive bonus ranges and targets, or the timing of payment of same as compared to the compensation package in effect as of the date hereof or immediately prior to a Change in Control event, as the case may be. Notwithstanding anything in this provision to the contrary, a change in the compensation structure that is consistent with prevailing market trends, as supported by an independent report of a qualified compensation advisor to the Compensation Committee of the Board, the Company or its successor, shall not give rise to a ‘constructive termination’ or ‘termination for good reason’ claim.
Change in Compensation. Any material reduction by CH2M HILL or successor in Executive’s total compensation package, including any material adverse change in the annual salary, the incentive bonus ranges and targets, or the timing of payment of same as compared to the compensation package in effect immediately prior to such Change of Control Event.
Change in Compensation. If the Board decides to increase the CCO’s compensation or provide a bonus to the CCO, then the fees paid to NLCS by the Trust will increase proportionately for any amounts it deems due to the CCO above the amounts due to NLCS under this Agreement. Any attempt by the Board to reduce the salary of the CCO would be contrary to the terms of this Agreement.
Change in Compensation. Effective as of July 1, 2000, paragraph 3 of the Agreement is amended to change the annual compensation rate from 4 basis points to 5 basis points, by making the following changes: Each place that the figure 0.0004 appears, it is hereby replaced with the figure 0.0005, and each place that the words "four basis points" appear they are hereby replaced with "five basis points".
Change in Compensation. If the Board decides to increase the Chief Compliance Officer’s compensation or provide a bonus to the Chief Compliance Officer, then either the fees paid to FCS by the Trust will increase proportionately or the Trust will separately compensate the Chief Compliance Officer for any amounts it deems due to the Chief Compliance Officer above the amounts due to FCS under this Agreement. Otherwise, the Board may directly increase the fees paid to FCS via an amendment to this Agreement. Any attempt by the Board to reduce the salary of the Chief Compliance Officer would be contrary to the terms of this Agreement.
Change in Compensation. From time to time, the Managing General Partner may propose and effect any additional or substitute compensation plans or arrangements without the need for any vote or approval of Partners, except that the approval of a Majority Interest shall be required to increase the fee of the General Partners set forth in Section 4.1(C).

Change in Compensation. The compensation of Proinvest may be changed from time to time by a vote of the Investor Members holding not less than sixty seven percent (67%) of all outstanding Units and of the Board of Managing Directors of the owner, as provided in the LLC Agreement.
