Examples of Change in Use in a sentence
During the Term of this Agreement, the Borrower shall use its best efforts to periodically ascertain from publicly-available sources whether a Change in Use has occurred with respect to the Project.
The Borrower shall pay or cause the prepayment of its loan obligation following a Change in Use of the Project or any portion thereof as and in the manner provided in Section 6.4 of this Agreement.
The proposed use of underground storage tanks or other environmentally hazardous activities shall be considered reasonable grounds to withhold approval of a Change in Use.
Lessor shall not unreasonably withhold or delay a request made by Lessee for a Change in Use, provided that such proposed Change in Use (i) is consistent with Lessor approved zoning and (ii) is likely to render the Premises more valuable than the Permitted Use.
Lessor shall cause the Parcel for which such Change in Use is requested to be promptly reappraised to determine the then full value of the Parcel.
