Change in Use definition

Change in Use means altering the purpose of an existing room, within the facility, that requires structural changes.
Change in Use means, as applied to the Tribal Water Right, a change in the point of diversion, the place of use, the purpose of use, or the place or means of storage.
Change in Use means any structural, mechanical or physical change to a building which allows the occupancy to increase; or the activities within the building to expand or alter such that, when the building is fully utilized, the design flow or required effective leaching area will increase.

More Definitions of Change in Use

Change in Use means a direct action taken by an owner that actually changes the use of, or has started changing the use of, clas- sified land to a use that is not in compliance with the conditions of the agreement executed between the owner and the granting authority or to a use that is otherwise not in compliance with the provisions of chapter 84.34 RCW.
Change in Use means either of the following:
