Change of Control Consent definition

Change of Control Consent means any applicable governmental or third-party authorizations, approvals, consents or waivers required for the continuation by EVERTEC of its exercise of any Company IP Agreement or to otherwise make use of such Third Party Intellectual Property following the Effective Date.
Change of Control Consent means consent to the change of control of Wesfarmers Curragh in accordance with the Ergon Contract. More Definitions of Change of Control Consent

Change of Control Consent means an Authorization required to be obtained prior to Closing of the Contemplated Transactions or the change of control of the Company and any Subsidiary which would be occasioned hereby.
