Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.
Articles of Organization means all documents constituting, at any particular time, the articles of
Constituent organization means an organization that is party to a merger.
ADR Organization means The American Arbitration Association or, if The American Arbitration Association no longer exists or if its ADR Rules would no longer permit mediation or arbitration, as applicable, of the dispute, another nationally recognized mediation or arbitration organization selected by the Sponsor.
Member organization means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or association that belongs to an association.
Formation means a body of rock characterized by a degree of lithologic homogeneity which is prevailingly, but not necessarily, tabular and is mappable on the earth's surface or traceable in the subsurface.
Business organization means an individual, partnership, association, joint stock company, trust, corporation or other legal business entity or successor thereof.
Parent organization means the Insured Organization first named in Item I of the Declarations.
Articles of Incorporation means the Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Trust, or other similar organizational document as the case may be, of a Fund as the same may be amended from time to time.
Regional integration organization means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by this Convention. Such organizations shall declare, in their instruments of formal confirmation or accession, the extent of their competence with respect to matters governed by this Convention. Subsequently, they shall inform the depositary of any substantial modification in the extent of their competence.
Indian organization means the governing body of any Indian tribe or entity established or recognized by the governing body of an Indian tribe for the purposes of 25 U.S.C., chapter 17.
Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.
Name Change has the meaning given thereto in Section 5.2(a);
Incorporation means the process established by Title 10, Chapter 2, Part 1,
Student organization means a group, club or organization having students as its primary members or participants. It includes grade levels, classes, teams, activities or particular school events. A student organization does not have to be an official school organization to come within the terms of this definition.
Jurisdiction of formation means the jurisdiction whose law includes the organic law of an entity.
Certification of Incorporation means the restated certificate of incorporation of the Corporation, as it may be amended from time to time, and shall include this Certificate of Designations.
Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.
Stewardship organization means an organization, association, or
Organizational Unit means a Laboratory School or any
Certificate of Amalgamation means the certificate of amalgamation to be issued by the Director in respect of the Amalgamation;
Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as amended.
Parent Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation, bylaws (or equivalent organizational or governing documents), and other organizational or governing documents, agreements or arrangements, each as amended to date, of each of Parent and Acquisition Sub.
Procurement organization means an eye bank, organ procurement organization, or tissue bank.
Fraternal organization means an organization, except a school fraternity, which is a
