Change Proceedings definition

Change Proceedings means proceedings under section 53332 of the CFD Act initiated by Developer’s petition.
Change Proceedings means proceedings pursuant to the CFD Act to amend (i) the boundaries of, or any facilities to be financed by, the CFD or any Improvement Area, and/or (ii) an Improvement Area Rate and Method.
