Changed Format the preparation and exploitation by all means and media now or hereafter known of a revised radio or Podcast version of the Script by or on behalf of a broadcaster other than the BBC in which certain elements such as the identities of the characters and their personal relationships and the setting may be changed from the original Script either in a foreign language and/or as an adaptation of the English language version for use in other English speaking territories but for clarity excluding exploitation of the Series Rights

  • Changed Format rights in the Script for a Play, Original Series or (for avoidance of doubt) as regards the Script for a Source to Script Transfer are reserved to the Writer, provided that the BBC shall be notified in writing prior to such exploitation through BBC Business Affairs and the Writer shall procure that the BBC shall be contractually entitled to a credit to be included in any third party production made in exercise of such rights.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, prior to expiry of the Format Holdback Period, the Producer warrants and agrees that it will not and will not authorise any third party to exploit, market or promote any Changed Format Programme(s) and/or any other programmes based on the Format in the Territory.

  • If Channel 4 and the Format Distributor do not agree terms within the Exclusive Negotiating Period the Format Distributor shall not be entitled to discuss terms for the Changed Format Programme(s) with a third party until 10 days after the expiry of the Exclusive Negotiating Period.

  • Changed Format rights in the Script for a Play, Original Series or (for avoidance of doubt) as regards the Script for a Source to Script Transfer are reserved to the Writer, provided that the BBC shall be notified in writing prior to such exploitation through its Head of Talent Rights Group and the Writer shall procure that the BBC shall be contractually entitled to a credit to be included in any third party production made in exercise of such rights.

  • Subject to clause 4.2 of this Agreement, Changed Format net income which shall mean gross receipts received from exploitation of the Format and/or the Owner’s scripts less 30% commission and all costs directly attributable to licensing the Format (except where such rights are licensed to a body wholly owned by the BBC where no commission will be charged) shall be divided equally between the BBC and the Owner.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Identification number means the Limited Liability Partnership Identification Number or the Corporate Identity Number, as the case may be;
