  • United States Bankruptcy Code means the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended and as codified in Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time hereafter, or any successor federal bankruptcy law.

  • ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).

  • Insolvency Act means the Insolvency Xxx 0000;

  • Federal Bankruptcy Code means the Bankruptcy Act of Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time.

  • Erasmus Code A unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education receives.   • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • Subchapter S Corporation (as defined in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended), Borrower may pay cash dividends on its stock to its shareholders from time to time in amounts necessary to enable the shareholders to pay income taxes and make estimated income tax payments to satisfy their liabilities under federal and state law which arise solely from their status as Shareholders of a Subchapter S Corporation because of their ownership of shares of stock of Borrower, or (d) purchase or retire any of Borrower's outstanding shares or alter or amend Borrower's capital structure.

  • Reorganization Cases means the cases filed by the Debtors under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Debtor Laws means all applicable liquidation, conservatorship, bankruptcy, moratorium, arrangement, receivership, insolvency, reorganization, or similar laws, or general equitable principles from time to time in effect affecting the rights of creditors generally.

  • Bankruptcy Cases has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • FMC Act means the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

  • Bankruptcy Act means the Bankruptcy Act or Title 11 of the United States Code.

  • FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009, as amended from time to time.

  • Bankruptcy Case has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).

  • TIF Act means Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.1794, both inclusive.

  • FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act or any code issued pursuant to sections 45 or 46 of that Act or any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner;

  • Liquidation Process Regulations means, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time;
