Chapter Director definition

Chapter Director means a Chapter Member who has been elected or appointed to the Chapter Board;
Chapter Director means a Person appointed as Director by the Active Members of a specific Chapter, in accordance with Bylaw 7.5;
Chapter Director means a director of a Chapter and Chapter Board means the board of directors of a Chapter.

  • Directors and Officers shall not receive any compensation for their service as an MPI Chapter Director or Officer, but they may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of their duties to the Chapter in accordance with such policies approved by the Chapter Board of Directors.

  • If Wild Ones National determines that an audit of financial records concerning the Chapter may be necessary due to the possible fault of a Chapter Director, a Chapter officer, or another Chapter member, the Chapter shall pay the cost of the auditor selected by Wild Ones National.

  • Appointed Director means a person appointed in accordance with these bylaws as an appointed director or appointed as a replacement director for an appointed director;

  • Investor Director means any Director designated or nominated for election to the Board by the Investor Shareholders pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Agreement.
