Charisma definition

Charisma means ‘gift of grace’. According to Max Weber, political authority rests on the devotion to the specific and exceptional sanctity, heroism or exemplary character f an individual or order revealed by him. When the right to rule is accrued from the great qualities and charisma of a political leader, it is called Charismatic Authority.
