LEA definition

LEA means a local education agency, including local school boards/public school districts, charter schools, and, for purposes of this rule, the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.

In the event any CONTRACTOR employee, working on a public school campus, alerts CONTRACTOR or LEA of a concern, CONTRACTOR and XXX shall coordinate efforts to respond and rectify any validated concerns.
CONTRACTOR shall require that parents obtain prior written authorization for therapeutic visits from the CONTRACTOR and the LEA at least thirty (30) days in advance.
CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify LEA of any complaints filed against it related to LEA students and provide LEA with all documentation related to the complaints and/or its investigation of complaints, including any and all reports generated as a result of an investigation.
