Capital Reserve definition

Capital Reserve means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of (i) $0.25 multiplied by (ii) the square footage of all Real Properties on such date.
Capital Reserve means for any period and with respect to a Property (other than any Projects Under Development), an amount equal to the product of (i) the gross leaseable area contained in such Property (in square feet), multiplied by (ii) $0.30 per annum.
Capital Reserve means $200 per year.

More Definitions of Capital Reserve

Capital Reserve means $50.00 per unit per quarter for all stabilized real properties owned by Guarantor and its consolidated subsidiaries.
