Capital Reserve definition

Capital Reserve means for any period and with respect to a Property (other than any Projects Under Development), an amount equal to the product of (i) the gross leaseable area contained in such Property (in square feet), multiplied by (ii) $0.30 per annum.
Capital Reserve means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the product of (i) $0.25 multiplied by (ii) the square footage of all Real Properties on such date.
Capital Reserve means $200 per year.

  • Pursuant to Section 5.3 of the LLC Operating Agreement, the Manager may make, at its discretion, Discretionary Funding Advances from its own funds to the extent there are insufficient funds in the Collection Account and the Working Capital Reserve with which to fund any Funding Draw permitted pursuant to any Loan Documents, which Discretionary Funding Advances are to be designated as applicable only to the Loan for which any Funding Draw is funded.

  • If the Company or the Purchase Money Notes Guarantor, as applicable, does not provide the Paying Agent with investment directions pursuant to Sections 3.1, 3.3, 3.6 or 4.1, the balance standing to the credit of the Collection Account, the Working Capital Reserve Account or the Defeasance Account, as applicable, will remain uninvested with no liability for interest thereon.

More Definitions of Capital Reserve

Capital Reserve means a capital reserve of $0.20 per weighted average gross leasable square foot for each Property.
Capital Reserve means, for any period and with respect to any improved Real Estate, an amount equal to $0.25 multiplied by the total square footage of the Buildings in such Real Estate. If the term Capital Reserve is used without reference to any specific Real Estate, then the amount shall be determined on an aggregate basis with respect to all Real Estate of the Issuer, the Subsidiary Guarantors and their respective Subsidiaries and a proportionate share of all Real Estate of all Unconsolidated Affiliates. The Capital Reserve shall be calculated based on the total square footage of the Buildings owned (or ground leased) at the end of each fiscal quarter, less the square footage of unoccupied space held for development or redevelopment.
