Charter Hire Rate definition

Charter Hire Rate means the existing contractual daily charter hire rate (in $) set out in each Charter Agreement prior to the Restructuring Effective Date, or if it has been agreed that the hire rate set out in the relevant Charterparty Amendment takes effect prior to the Restructuring Effective Date, the rate as set out in the relevant Charterparty Agreement prior to the Charterparty Amendment becoming effective, and set out in the column entitled “Charter Hire Rate ($/Day)” of Schedule 3 (Charter Agreements).

Examples of Charter Hire Rate in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted Charter Hire Rate set out in Schedule 1 hereto shall not be subject to any further revisions in the event that any rig financed under the Rig Owners’ Agreements becomes contracted to any customer (or any existing customer contract is amended or extended).

  • In the event that the Refinancing Closing Date does not occur until some time in 2018, the Adjusted Charter Hire Rate set out in Schedule 1 hereto will be revised so that the average charter hire amount for 2018 is equivalent to the position set out in Schedule 1 hereto.

  • The Adjusted Charter Hire Rate set out in Schedule 1 hereto has been calculated based on an assumed Refinancing Closing Date of 31 December 2017.

Related to Charter Hire Rate

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means, for any Eurodollar Loan for any Interest Period therefor, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) determined by Administrative Agent to be equal to the quotient obtained by dividing (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Eurodollar Loan for such Interest Period by (b) 1 minus the Reserve Requirement for such Eurodollar Loan for such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Exposure rate means the exposure per unit of time, such as roentgen per minute and milliroentgen per hour.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Straight-time rate means the hourly rate of remuneration.

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • Current Rate means the applicable basic minimum wage rate for Local Workers by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance, prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for submission of Tenders.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.

  • Adjusted EURIBO Rate means, with respect to any EURIBOR Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the EURIBO Rate for such Interest Period and (b) the Mandatory Costs Rate.
