Charter Schools Office Director definition

Charter Schools Office Director or “CSO Director” means the person designated by the College Board to administer the operations of the Charter Schools Office.

  • The Charter Schools Office Director, upon reasonable belief that grounds for revocation of the Contract exist, shall notify the Academy Board of such grounds by issuing the Academy Board a Notice of Intent to Revoke for non-compliance with the Contract or Applicable Law.
