Charterparty Relevant Percentage definition

Charterparty Relevant Percentage means for each Charterparty Owner and Bareboat Owner its pro rata amount, expressed as a percentage, of the total aggregate amount of Initial Above Market Claims in relation to all Charter Agreements and Bareboat Agreements as set out in Schedule 2 (Relevant Percentages) of the Implementation Plan.

  • Relevant Percentage means, in respect of any Subsidiary Issuer, the percentage as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement;

  • Prepayment Percentage As of the Closing Date, approximately 0%, and thereafter, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Senior Prepayment Percentage.

  • Subordination Percentage With respect to each class of Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates, the respective approximate percentage set forth in the table below: CLASS PERCENTAGE A 88.50 M-1 93.20 M-2 95.70 M-3 96.40 M-4 97.10 M-5 97.80 M-6 98.70

  • Priority Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent (carried to six places rounded up) of a fraction the numerator of which is the Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-6 Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of all Classes of Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) immediately prior to such date.

  • Credit Enhancement Percentage For any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balances of the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class CE Certificates, and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, calculated after taking into account distributions of principal on the Mortgage Loans and distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount to the Certificates then entitled to distributions of principal on such Distribution Date.

  • Collateral Floating Percentage means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Collateral Invested Amount as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Adjusted Invested Amount as of the close of business on such last day; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Collateral Floating Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Applicable Credit Support Percentage As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Prepayment Shift Percentage Not applicable.

  • Shift Percentage As to any Distribution Date occurring during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 0%. For any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, 30%; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, 40%; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, 60%; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, 80%; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, 100%.

  • Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Discount Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.

  • Senior Enhancement Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates and (ii) the Subordinated Amount (in each case after taking into account the distributions of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) by (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.

  • Asset Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • Original Applicable Credit Support Percentage With respect to each of the following Classes of Subordinated Certificates, the corresponding percentage described below, as of the Closing Date: Class M...................4.25% Class B-1.................2.30% Class B-2.................1.50% Class B-3.................1.00% Class B-4.................0.55% Class B-5.................0.20%

  • Constant Percentage 1 means 100%;

  • Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Revolver Percentage means, for each Lender, the percentage of the Revolving Credit Commitments represented by such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment or, if the Revolving Credit Commitments have been terminated, the percentage held by such Lender (including through participation interests in Reimbursement Obligations) of the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations then outstanding.

  • Class B Prepayment Percentage Any of the Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-3 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage or Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage.

  • Noteholders' Percentage means with respect to any Determination Date (i) relating to a Distribution Date prior to the Distribution Date on which the principal amount of the Notes is reduced to zero, 100%; (ii) relating to the Distribution Date on which the principal amount of the Notes is reduced to zero, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the outstanding principal balance of the Notes that remain unpaid immediately prior to such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is the Principal Distributable Amount; and (iii) relating to any other Distribution Date, 0%.

  • Guarantor Percentage has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.10.

  • Loss Severity Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the amount of Realized Losses incurred on a Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is the principal balance of such Mortgage Loan immediately prior to the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Constant Percentage 2 means 100%;

  • Applicable ECF Percentage means, for any fiscal year, (a) 50% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is greater than or equal to 6.00 to 1.00, (b) 25% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is less than 6.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 5.00 to 1.00 and (c) 0% if the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is less than 5.00 to 1.00.

  • Final Payment Percentage is five percent (5.00%).

  • Senior Prepayment Percentage For any Distribution Date during the five years beginning on the first Distribution Date, 100%. The Senior Prepayment Percentage for any Distribution Date occurring on or after the fifth anniversary of the first Distribution Date will, except as provided herein, be as follows: for any Distribution Date in the first year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 70% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the second year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 60% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the third year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 40% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; for any Distribution Date in the fourth year thereafter, the Senior Percentage plus 20% of the Subordinated Percentage for such Distribution Date; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the Senior Percentage for such Distribution Date (unless on any Distribution Date the Senior Percentage exceeds the initial Senior Percentage, in which case the Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will once again equal 100%). Notwithstanding the foregoing, no decrease in the Senior Prepayment Percentage will occur unless both of the Senior Step Down Conditions are satisfied.
