Senior Enhancement Percentage definition

Senior Enhancement Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates and (ii) the Subordinated Amount (in each case after taking into account the distributions of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) by (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.
Senior Enhancement Percentage. For any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Subordinate Certificates and the Overcollateralization Amount (which, for purposes of this definition only, shall not be less than zero), in each case prior to giving effect to payments on such Distribution Date (assuming no Trigger Event has occurred), and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period.
Senior Enhancement Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Class M Certificates, the Class B Certificates and the Overcollateralization Amount (which amount, for purposes of this definition only, shall not be less than zero and assuming for purposes of this definition that the Principal Distribution Amount has been distributed on such Distribution Date and no Trigger Event has occurred) and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date.
