CHATS Optimiser Payment Instruction Value Forward Day definition

CHATS Optimiser Payment Instruction Value Forward Day means a payment instruction input by a Member to the Clearing House Computer for the effecting of a CHATS Optimiser Payment Instruction for value through CHATS as of the Supported Forward Day referred to in the payment instruction.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means the maximum amount The Company is required to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which is the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00), inclusive of any of The Company’s employer-side share of FICA, FUTA, and other similar, mandatory employer-side payroll taxes. In no event shall the Maximum Settlement Amount exceed the foregoing sum.

  • Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

  • SPS Redemption Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Credit Support Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3.
