  • A CHATS Optimiser Payment Instruction will be effected and settled through CHATS simultaneously with the selected CCPO Instructions as stipulated in Rule 6.3.8.3 and the Bulk Clearing Settlement Run for CLG Items and e-Cheques.

  • If the projected balance of a CHATS Ledger Account is found to be positive or zero, the gross amount of each Extracted CHATS Optimiser Payment Instruction will be effected automatically through CHATS and settled pursuant to Rule 3.1.4.
