Chem Weapons Feedstocks definition

Chem Weapons Feedstocks means (i) bombs, rockets, artillery shells, mortar shells, explosives and other munitions, containing (or formerly containing) one or more "chemical weapons agents" as defined in the Chemical Weapons Convention (formally known as the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and their Destruction, adopted September 3, 1992 at the Conference on Disarmament at Geneva, and opened for signature on January 13, 1993 in Paris) and (ii) bulk stockpiles of such chemical weapons agents.

  • The purposes of the Company are (i) directly, or indirectly through the ownership of interests in other entities, to engage in the processing of Chem Weapons Feedstocks worldwide (the "Chem Demil Market"), and (ii) to engage in all related activities arising therefrom or relating thereto or necessary, desirable, advisable, convenient, incidental or appropriate in connection therewith as the Board may from time to time determine.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.
