  • The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any health, disability, life insurance, pension, retirement, profit sharing, executive bonus, long term incentive, or deferred compensation plan or any other perquisites and fringe benefits that may be extended generally from time to time to employees of the Corporation at the Chief Officer Level.
