The Secretary of State’s statement of 10 November 2010, the letter of the Chief Planner of the same date and the Secretary of State’s letter of 27 May 2010 indicate that the Government is intending to revoke Regional Strategies (South East Plan) and that this is material to the determination of planning applications.
