Chief Registrar definition

Chief Registrar means the officer in the General Registry designated as the “Chief Registrar” and includes an Assistant Chief Registrar;
Chief Registrar means the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary referred to in Article 161 of the Constitution;
Chief Registrar means the person holding the office of Chief Registrar established under Article 161 of the Constitution;
