Registrar of Deeds definition

Registrar of Deeds means the Registrar of Deeds and Transfers under the Registration of Deeds Act 1856;
Registrar of Deeds means a registrar as defined in section 102 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act 47 of 1937);
