Child care licensing supervisor definition

Child care licensing supervisor means an employee of the Department of Services for Children, Youth and their Families, Division of Family Services, Office of Child Care Licensing who is responsible for performing supervisory and regulatory activities including investigations, enforcement actions and decisions for licensure as set forth in Delaware Code and these Rules.
Child care licensing supervisor or "licensing supervisor" means an OCCL employee responsible for performing supervisory and regulatory activities including monitoring child care facilities, investigating complaints, monitoring the need for enforcement actions, and making recommendations for licensure as set forth in Delaware Code and these regulations.
Child care licensing supervisor or "supervisor" means an OCCL employee who is responsible for supervising child care licensing specialists. This person may perform regulatory actions and ensures licensing specialists are performing regulatory activities. This person approves complaint investigations, enforcement actions, and licenses.

  • child care element of working tax credit means the element of working tax credit prescribed under section 12 of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (child care element).

  • Marijuana wholesaler means a person who purchases marijuana items in this state for resale to a person other than a consumer.

  • Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.

  • Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • CFDA means the Code of Federal Domestic Assistance assigned to a federal grant.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.

  • Child care services means the range of activities and programs provided by a certificate holder to an enrolled child, including personal care, supervision, education, guidance, and transportation.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Clinical social worker means a person who practices social work as defined in § 54.1-3700.

  • Health Care Operations shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA 2 Privacy Rule in 45 CFR § 164.501.
