Examples of Child in need of care in a sentence
Eligibility: Meant For Child in need of care and protection as defined under J.J. Act 2015, child in conflict with law, vulnerable child including child from at risk families, migrant families, families in extreme poverty, children affected by HIV/AIDS, orphans, child drug abusers, child beggars, sexually exploited children, children of prisoners, street and working children, etc.
A “Decision-Maker” is someone (who cannot be the same person as the Title IX coordinator or the investigator) who issues a written determination with findings of fact, conclusions about whether the alleged conduct occurred, rationale for the result as to each allegation, any disciplinary sanctions imposed on the respondent, and whether remedies will be provided to the complainant.
Child in need of care must be a Sault Tribe member or eligible to be a member and between the ages of newborn and no older than 12 years.
