Children in Care definition

Children in Care means any child who is in the care of a local authority in accordance with Section 22 of the Children Act 1989.
Children in Care means children who are in the legal and physical custody of ODHS. The Parties disagree on the scope of this definition and will submit this disputed issue by motion to the Court as further detailed in Section 1.
Children in Care means children who are in the custody, care, control or guardianship of an MCFD director;

  • The Interconnection Facilities Charge for the first and last month of service hereunder shall be pro- rated based on the number of days in which service was provided during said months.

  • The eligibility criteria and particulars of this benefit are detailed in the Staff Children in Care Policy which may be varied at any time by Discovery at its absolute discretion.

  • The Board will ensure appropriate learning plans and supports are identified and provided for Children in Care.
