Chiropractic Care definition

Chiropractic Care means office visits, x-rays, manipulations, supplies, heat treatment, and cold treatment.
Chiropractic Care means the detection and correction, by manual or mechanical means, of the interference with nerve transmissions and expressions resulting from distortion, misalignment or dislocation of the spinal (vertebrae) column.
Chiropractic Care means the involvement of neuromuscular treatment in the form of manipulation and adjustment of the tissues of the body, particularly of the spinal column and may include physical medicine modalities or use of durable medical equipment.
