Choice Date definition

Choice Date means 1st August 2018; “Day 1” means 31st December 2017;
Choice Date means January 1, 2002 or such other date on which retail electric customer choice begins in the traditional service territory of Reliant Energy HL&P pursuant to Section 39.102 of the Utilities Code.

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Application Date or "APP" means the date CLEC provides Qwest an application for service containing required information as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Rollover Date means the date of commencement of a new Interest Period applicable to a Loan and which shall be a Banking Day.

  • Annuity Commencement Date is the first day of the month an annuity begins under this contract. This date may not be later than the date a Participant's periodic benefits are required to commence under the Code.

  • Put Notice Date means the Trading Day, as set forth below, immediately following the day on which the Investor receives a Put Notice, however a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered on (a) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 9:00 am Eastern Time, or (b) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 9:00 am Eastern Time on a Trading Day. No Put Notice may be deemed delivered on a day that is not a Trading Day.

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 4; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 2 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 2.
