Chosen Product definition

Chosen Product means the particular deposit account product that you have chosen, that is named in the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product and that has the features set out in them;

Examples of Chosen Product in a sentence

  • Where there is a conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product, the latter will prevail.

  • The length of the term is set out in the Terms and Conditions for the Chosen Product.

  • You can tell us to move the money in your Account to another Chosen Product or product type or to pay it to you on the date when the Chosen Product comes to an end.

  • You may ask us to close your Account at any time, subject to the Chosen Product Terms and Conditions, by writing to the branch where you opened the Account.

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • Licensed Service means performance of a service for any consideration using a Licensed Product, or the practice of a Licensed Process. For clarity, research and development of Licensed Products by Licensee, its Affiliates, or a Sublicensee does not constitute a Licensed Service.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
