  • In the event the Trustee or the Paying Agent withholds any amount from payments made to any CIA Certificateholder pursuant to federal withholding requirements, the Trustee or the Paying Agent shall indicate to such CIA Certificateholder the amount withheld and all such amounts shall be deemed to have been paid to such CIA Certificateholders and the CIA Certificateholders shall have no claim therefor.
