CID definition

CID means a contiguous geographic area, designated by the Council for the levying of an additional rate on rateable properties within its boundaries to finance improvements and upgrades of the district to be carried out by its management body as contemplated in section 22 of the MPRA, which may be further categorised as a Residential Improvement District, Mixed-Use Improvement District or Business Improvement District;
CID means the “Client Identification Data”, the following information in relation to a client to whom a BCAN is assigned: (i) the full name of the client as shown in the client’s identity document; (ii) the issuing country or jurisdiction of the identity document; (iii) the identity document type; and (iv) the identity document number.

  • Nothing in this Section 6.03 shall preclude Developer from removing or demolishing any building or buildings, if in its reasonable judgment, such removal or demolition is desirable in the conduct of its business, and as long as the same does not materially adversely affect the value of the Project or Developer's ability to (i) perform its obligations under this Agreement, or (ii) generate CID Sales Taxes within the District.

  • The parties hereby agree that increases in line item amounts in the column labeled "CID" in the Project Budget as set forth on Exhibit G may be made by Developer as long as Developer provides the City Manager's office with prior written notice of such change.
