Cinemark Exhibitor Agreement definition

Cinemark Exhibitor Agreement means the Exhibitor Services Agreement between LLC and Cinemark, dated of even date herewith, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Cinemark Exhibitor Agreement means the Amended and Restated Exhibitor Services Agreement between LLC and Cinemark, dated of even date herewith, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
