Exhibitor definition

Exhibitor s Manual” shall mean the manual supplied by the Organisers to the Exhibitor which contains information relating to the Exhibition and the Exhibition Space and other matters (as amended from time to time).
Exhibitor means a sole proprietor, a partnership or a limited company applying to exhibit at the Exhibition or, as the case may be, whose application to exhibit at the Exhibition has been accepted by the Organiser. For the avoidance of doubt, "Exhibitor" shall include all employees, representatives and agents of such sole proprietor, partnership or limited company. The terms “associate”, “affiliated company” and “associated companyrefer to a person or corporation directly or indirectly related to or connected with the Exhibitor or any of the owner, partners, directors or shareholders (as the case may be) of the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor means a legal entity, a legal person, or other forms of company which applies to exhibit in the Exhibition or, as the case may be, whose application to exhibit in the Exhibition has been accepted by the Organizer.

  • Exhibitor agrees that products displayed in its exhibit space will be in harmony with the theme of the event and will consist of products that pertain to the consumer technology industry.

  • In the event of the exhibition being cancelled by the Organiser for any reason, the liability of the Organiser shall be limited to the refund of sums paid and the Exhibitor will have no further claims against the Organiser whatsoever.

  • Exhibitor agrees to display only products of its own manufacture, products manufactured for, distributed by, certified by, or licensed to Exhibitor.

  • All matters and questions not covered by this Contract or CES Exhibitor Manual are subject to the decisions of CTA.

  • With respect to CBD Tech, Cannabis Tech, and Sex Tech product categories, Exhibitor agrees to follow the exhibit area-specific guidelines located in any applicable addenda and the CES Exhibitor Manual.
