Circuit City Group means, as of any date:
Circuit City Group means Circuit City, and each Subsidiary of Circuit City, immediately after the Separation.
Circuit City Group means Circuit City and any Subsidiary of Circuit City (other than the Trust).

Circuit City Group means, as of any date (i) the interest of Circuit City Stores or any of its Subsidiaries on such date in all of the assets, liabilities and businesses of Circuit City Stores or any of its Subsidiaries (and any successor companies), other than any assets, liabilities and businesses attributed in accordance with the Articles to the CarMax Group, (ii) all properties and assets transferred to the Circuit City Group from the CarMax Group pursuant to transactions in the ordinary course of business of both the Circuit City Group and the CarMax Group or otherwise as the Board may have directed as permitted by the Articles and (iii) the interest of Circuit City Stores or any of its Subsidiaries in any business or asset acquired and any liabilities assumed by Circuit City Stores or any of its Subsidiaries outside of the ordinary course of business and attributed to the Circuit City Group, as determined by the Board.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
