Citi Miles definition

Citi Miles refers to the miles that an Eligible Cardmember can earn on retail purchases charged to the Eligible Card under the Citibank PremierMiles Program Terms and Conditions.
Citi Miles means reward points earned by a Cardmember for retail purchases carried out by him using his Citi PremierMiles Elite and/or Citi Premier Miles Credit Card at the earn rate determined by Citibank from time to time thereby enabling the Cardmember to redeem the same against benefits/rewards available in terms of the Citi Miles Program.
Citi Miles and/ or “Miles” means the reward points earned through usage of the PremierMiles Card issued by Citibank pursuant to Clause D(2)(d)

  • Citibank reserves the right to terminate this Promotion at any time, and/or vary the terms and conditions governing this Promotion including varying any part or all of the Citi Miles or offering a replacement of a similar value at any time, without having to give any prior notice.

  • The cardmember can use his Citi Miles to redeem for FFP miles with the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Asia Miles, Royal Orchid Plus, SkyMiles and British Airways Executive Club FFPs.   • An Eligible Cardmember who enrolls for the Promotion and charges at least S$5,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currency) respectively during each calendar month of November 2020 and December 2020 will receive (i) 1.2 Citi Miles per S$1 spent on his Eligible Spend in accordance with the Cardmember Agreement; and (ii) Additional 2.8 Citi Miles per S$1 spent on Eligible Spend as illustrated in Figure 2 above.

  • Actual miles means the actual distance a vehicle has traveled while in operation.

  • Miles means nautical miles unless otherwise specified, and means statute miles in conjunction with visibility.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Train Mile means, in relation to a train, or a portion of a train, a mile travelled by that train, or that portion of a train, on the Network;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Maximum horizontal acceleration in lithified earth material means the maximum expected horizontal acceleration depicted on a seismic hazard map, with a 90 percent or greater probability that the acceleration will not be exceeded in 250 years, or the maximum expected horizontal acceleration based on a site-specific seismic risk assessment.

  • Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability means the sum of the:

Any Scheduled Trading Day on which, as of the date hereof, the Exchange is scheduled to close prior to its normal close of trading shall be deemed not to be a Scheduled Trading Day; if a closure of the Exchange prior to its normal close of trading on any Scheduled Trading Day is scheduled following the date hereof, but prior to the open of the regular trading session of the Exchange on such day, then such Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be a Disrupted Day in full. Section 6.6 of the Equity Definitions shall not apply to any Valuation Date occurring in respect of an Expiration Date.

  • Lowest Achievable Emission Rate (LAER means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:
