From time to time, we may offer bonus program rewards points based on a higher Earn Rate or for Purchases at designated merchants or merchant types.
The number of Points per pound is referred to as your Earn Rate and will be shown on your Card Account statement.
We may make changes in the Program including but not limited to: • Changes to any Reward; • Changes to the Points required to be redeemed for any Reward; and • Changes to the Earn Rate.
Some merchants may (i) provide other goods or services; or (ii) have separate merchants located on their premises that may not be classified with an MCC under the Accelerated Earn Rate categories and such purchases will not earn the Accelerated Earn Rate as applicable.
We may make changes in the Program including but not limited to: • Changes to any Reward; • Changes to the Points required to be redeemed for any Reward; and • Changes to the Earn Rate; provided that we will provide you with prior written notice of such change at least 60 days prior to that change and that notice will contain a description of the change (including, as applicable, a description of the new/amended clause and the former version of the clause).
