City Additional Prorata Share definition

City Additional Prorata Share means the result obtained by dividing the Adjusted City Loan by the sum of the Adjusted City Loan, and the Adjusted County Loan.
City Additional Prorata Share means the result obtained by dividing the City Loan by the sum of the County Loan and the City Loan, to the extent all such funds are disbursed.
