City Event means an event organized and hosted by the City. “City Manager” means the City Manager of the City of Hamilton.

City Event means any City-planned festival, celebration, function, or gathering within the City limits, including but not limited to the Fourth of July Celebration, Huck Finn Day, Halloween, or the "City Night Out."

City Event shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this AGREEMENT.

The Developer may pursue any available remedy at law or in equity by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding to enforce and compel the performance of the duties and obligations of the City as set forth in this Agreement, to enforce or preserve any other rights or interests of the Developer under this Agreement or otherwise existing at law or in equity and to recover any damages incurred by the Developer resulting from such City Event of Default.
The above mentioned items and the services of the City Event Consultant are included in the pricing.
The City shall have the use of all video and electronic signage at City Events provided that such advertising displayed on such video or electronic signage does not conflict with promotional exclusivities granted by Club with respect to the Venue for which Club has provided the City notice of such exclusivities within a reasonable time prior to the booking of the City Event.
If the City sells tickets to the public for a City Event, Owner’s suite holders shall have the right to use their respective suites during such City Event and Owner’s suite holders and club level users shall have a preferential right (using Owner’s standard procedure) to purchase tickets for such City Event.
The City may use and sell temporary Signage as it deems appropriate for City Events (as defined in the Venue License Agreement) provided that such advertising does not conflict with promotional exclusivities granted by Club with respect to the Venue for which Club has provided the City written notice of such exclusivities within a reasonable time prior to the booking of the City Event.

More Definitions of City Event

City Event means any event, activity or program held at the Venue scheduled by City (in accordance with and as contemplated by Article XI) that is not a Hardball Event.

City Event means any activity which is operated and/or managed by the City.
