Live Entertainment. Live entertainment shall be allowed only during evenings and on weekends, and only to the extent it complies with all noise restrictions and other conditions imposed by the City of Glendora. Necessary city permits must be provided at least 48 hours prior to event.
Live Entertainment. Any live entertainment (DJ, Band, etc.) must be described in writing and approved in writing by the Association. Use of outdoor loudspeakers, sound systems or similar devices is prohibited and must be used inside the Clubhouse. Plans to use live entertainment must be submitted to the Clubhouse Manager(s) at the time of reservation and confirmed no less than seven (7) days before the Reserved Date. Live entertainment service fees are the responsibility of the User, and are not included in the Rental Fee, Security Deposit, Attendant Fee and/or Security Guard Fee. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Paragraph shall be deemed a User Default.
Live Entertainment. Live entertainment shall be top quality entertainment compatible with the overall theme of Celebrity Square and Broadway at The Beach and shall include musicians, bands, celebrity appearances and known performers, and such other forms of live entertainment as Landlord shall approve in its sole discretion. In no event shall any such entertainment constitute "adult" entertainment as defined In Schedule "F" attached hereto. Disc jockeys, televisions, juke boxes and similar types of audio-video equipment shall not be deemed live entertainment. Tenant shall provide such live entertainment at least [n/a days per Rental Year].

Live entertainment includes any or all of the following activities, either principal or accessory: performance by musicians, dancers, stand-up comedians or other performance artists, karaoke, live bands or musical acts, or the amplification of recorded music/entertainment by live disk jockeys.

In the case of any Derivative Work which is a live entertainment, including without limitation stage plays and [*], whether during the Term or thereafter, Pixar shall be entitled to participate on a passive financial basis in such Derivative Work as follows: In the case of a stage play, Pixar shall receive [*] of the gross weekly box office receipts. In the case of an [*], Pixar shall receive a fee of [*] dollars ($[*]) per year on a title by title basis (pro rated if other non-Pixar characters are also used in the production). In the case of other live entertainment, Pixar shall receive a participation in an amount to be mutually agreed in advance.

Live Entertainment. Please be courteous and take into accountability that The Xxxxxx House is in a residential area when making your entertainment choices. Xxxxxx House staff has the right to request changes in entertainment level(s).
Live Entertainment. The Arena will host live entertainment events, including, but not limited to, concerts, national touring shows, motorsports and festivals. The scheduling of such live entertainment will be subject to date availability of the artist/act and at the Arena, and coordination by the Committee in the event of overlapping schedules.
