City Improvements definition

City Improvements means the public improvements to be purchased, constructed, reconstructed, acquired, improved, extended, rehabilitated, installed, equipped, furnished and completed in the Project Area in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan, including, but not limited to, the public improvements constituting the Project.
City Improvements means the improvements to be purchased, constructed, reconstructed, acquired, improved, extended, rehabilitated, installed, equipped, furnished and completed in the Project Area in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan and identified as the Public Enhancements (as defined in the Redevelopment Agreement).

Examples of City Improvements in a sentence

  • In any Fiscal Year prior to the issuance of Bonds which the Annual Special Taxes collected from Developed Property, pursuant to Step 1 of Section F, exceeds the Minimum Annual Special Tax Requirement such amount shall be used to pay Actual Costs of City Improvements.

More Definitions of City Improvements

City Improvements means those improvements on the Premises owned by the City.
City Improvements means improvements which are to be dedicated to the City, or which are to be operated and controlled by a City-owned utility.
