Public Enhancements. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions herein, some of the Redeveloper Public Improvements will include design costs, improvements and construction that the City determines to be unique and not-competitive or otherwise involving professional services to the extent the same are required to coordinate, match and integrate the public enhancements into the Redeveloper Improvements. Redeveloper shall timely submit architect, engineer or other professional designer estimates or contractor’s competitive bids for said Redeveloper Improvement in advance of requesting payment for the same to enable the City to obtain an independent review of the same by a qualified professional or contractor. The City shall approve or reject said cost estimates based on the review within ten (10) days of receipt of the same. Where reasonable and appropriate, Redeveloper shall utilize unit price or itemized contracts specifically showing the eligible items or quantities prior to letting or entering into the same. Overhead, overtime, incentive, office, mobilization, administration or similar generalized charges shall be allowed only as authorized by the City in advance of incurring the same. Redeveloper agrees to assist and make any and all pertinent documents available for inspection and copying by the City or its auditors in support of the same.

Public Enhancements. A. Definition, The “Public Enhancements” or “Canopy Improvements” include restoration and upgraded improvements to be approved by the Urban Development Director to the construction of a canopy over the M Street and 0xx Xxxxxx right-of-way for the greater good of the community and which are beyond the requirements of City standards, regulations, and codes.
Public Enhancements. Redeveloper, at its expense, subject to reimbursement as provided in Section 401 (Use of TIF Proceeds) below shall construct and/or install the Public Enhancements consisting of the following: 1. Energy Enhancements: a. Energy Management Systems; and b. Lighting Control Systems.
Public Enhancements. Developer is willing to construct and upgrade the following improvements to the Private Improvements in separate Phases for the greater good of the community and which are beyond the requirements of City standards, regulations, or codes (“Public Enhancements”): i. Energy, water, cooling, heating, lighting, insulation, controls, equipment, hardware and/or software improvements and systems (“Energy Enhancements”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the EUL that exceed efficiency levels mandated by the International Building Code 2009 Edition, in particular Chapter 13, Energy Code; and ii. Restoration of the historic facades of all or some of the Three Small Former Residential Buildings, Larger Former Residential Building and/or Former VA Hospital (“Façade Enhancements”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the EUL.

  • System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement. Charges for system enhancements shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule. State Street retains the right to charge for related systems or products that may be developed and separately made available for use other than through the System.

  • Monitoring Arrangements 8.1 We will formally monitor the progress of the access agreement at least once a year and report annually to the SCITT Management Group. Initial monitoring will be concerned with participation rates and the development of data on lower income and other under-represented groups. When specific data is accrued, we will look to monitor against this. 8.2 Our annual report to the SCITT Management Group will form the basis of our monitoring report to OFFA.

  • Special Programs In consideration of the sale of the Eligible Loans under these Master Sale Terms and each Sale Agreement, Purchaser agrees to cause the Servicer to offer borrowers of Trust Student Loans all special programs whether or not in existence as of the date of any Sale Agreement generally offered to the obligors of comparable loans owned by Xxxxxx Mae subject to the terms and conditions of Section 3.12 of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Procurement from UN Agencies Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office (IAPSO) in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.
